Priority Orders should be phoned or faxed to us. Internet orders are retrieved once every 24 hours, business hours only. If you need something in a hurry, phone or fax your order.

Order Accuracy

In the world of the web and computers, sometimes data errors occur. In the event an order received is altered to reflect pricing different from the website, KAB reserves the right to cancel such order and refund payment as recourse.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

KAB treats all personal information as strictly confidential. We never sell addresses. We will maintain your address in an offline database file.

SECURITY:

No customer information of any kind is stored on our web site server. The final destination of all KAB order transactions is in an offline database. This ensures complete isolation from the web. Only Name, Address and Order data is stored in our offline database. Online credit card transactions are handled by PayPal. Phone/Mail/Fax orders that use credit card numbers are shredded after processing. KAB takes credit card security very seriously.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Domestic
US Shipping charges are computed based on total order weight. The charges are computed automatically and listed in the final order review on the checkout page. These are exact shipping costs, not estimates or blanket charges.
You can check your shipping costs by clicking checkout, filling in the address form, and clicking Print Receipt. This will bring up a complete invoice for you to review before comitting your order. KAB uses UPS and Priority Mail services. If you have a preference or special requirement, write it into the comments block and we will contact you personally.
OverSeas
Foreign customers should confirm shipping costs before ordering. Fill in the checkout page and click shipping quote. We will review your order and send a shipping cost quote. We usually use the US Post office for foreign orders. Customers can estimate the shipping cost by using the Calculator at www.usps.com

All Internet orders will be confirmed by email(when email address is supplied) .

PAYMENT:

KAB accepts Checks, Money Orders, JCB,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, The American Express Card And Net 30 Terms To Rated Firms, Schools And Institutions.

SALES TAX:

Currently, only orders originating in NJ or orders shipping to NJ are subject to a 7% sales tax. You may be liable for sales tax in your state. Check with your tax advisor.

WARRANTIES:

Most products are covered by our 15 day return assurance and the manufacturer warranties apply. See also RETURNS on this page.

RETURNS

There is a 6% restocking charge applied to all returns. Scratched or otherwise abused products are not returnable. Books, Phono cartridges and Styli are not returnable. Exception for cartridges and styli, if they are returned unopened. Please call before returning merchandise to discuss your particular situation. Shipping charges are not refundable.

HOW TO ORDER:

ONLINE

Shopping Cart
Using the website, from the home page, select a section. The index pages contain the shopping cart buttons Buy Now and Show Cart. Use these to add to your cart. When you are ready, choose the CHECKOUT button on the order summary page. This is where you will enter your name, address, and secure payment information. Submit your order.

Mail Or Fax Orders
If you are planning on mailing or faxing your order, the website can make that task easier and more accurate.
Heres How:

• First use the website to "buy" the items you want. Then
• Click on the "Checkout" button.
• Fill in the form with your address information.
• At the bottom, choose "Print Receipt".
• This will give you a clean invoice with shipping costs computed, all ready for printing.
• Print the form, and send it to us with your chosen payment.
• Log off of the website.
• Note that you will NOT have sent any information across the web.

Manual Order Form
